I use my superpowers of empathy, optimism, and communication to teach women how to squeeze the juice out of life.

As a mom, a partner, and an entrepreneur, I understand the challenges you face when you have multiple demands on your attention. After spending nearly 20 years in the public and non-profit sectors, I am channeling my energy into teaching others how to prioritize freedom, pleasure, and magic!

I work with women in long-term relationships who are at the "oh shit here we go" point of personal transformation. They are excited to get to know themselves, but maybe a little bit worried about how their partner, friends, and family will react.
